At Tooba Fashions, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, sales, or busy seasons.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total, package weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available at checkout, customers may pick up their order from our store during business hours after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Tooba Fashions is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email or text message, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at help@toobafashions.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
Restricted Items
Some products may not be eligible for shipping due to carrier restrictions, weather conditions, product type, size, weight, or destination. If there is an issue with shipping your order, we will contact you.
